They only want to make a sale Reviewed by Ferret71 on

Their salespeople are more interested in their numbers than helping a potential customer. Sales associates also tend to be pushy so they can make a sale. If you don't have perfect credit, forget it. They might give you financing options to help you get into a car if your credit isn't the best, but then ignore you after that. Any inquiries into the status of your application are not followed up by them.

I bought a used car from Green's and it was a very positive experience. The salesman was straightforward and not pushy, gave me a more than fair deal (he realized I had done my homework), and followed through with installation of the dealer-installed options we negotiated into the deal. Their service department is equally good; fast, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced for a dealership.
